The entire process of the extension was handled professionally and to the highest standard. What an utter delight to work with a competent company. We recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them on any further projects.

Tom, Clayton and the team were a pleasure to work with. 21st Century Build constructed a single storey extension for us including a new kitchen, bathroom, utility area and bedroom/office. The work was simply fantastic. Right from the start it was clear that Tom, Clay and team really know their stuff. The quality of the build is excellent and they made sure we were able to source the kitchen, lanterns, bi-folds etc from high-quality places at good prices. We were constantly impressed by the efficiency with which they worked and many friends have been jealous compared to their own experiences with different builders. We're so happy with the results. Added bonus that they were really nice guys and always checking we were happy and would make any adjustments as needed. We highly, highly recommend 21st Century and will certainly be using them again for any future work.

21st Century Design and Build have most recently converted my garage and knocked through from the garage into the kitchen and conservatory creating an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This is one of many projects they have done for me including a loft conversion, garden clearance and redesign and redecoration of 3 bedrooms and a playroom. Dom and Clay have always been an incredible team helping from design stage, liaising with surveyors, organising planning permissions and signing everything off with building control. They work easily alongside a busy household and adapt to plans as and when you want to make changes. They have been 100% reliable and trustworthy always having keys to my property so I can let them get on everyday without me having to be there. The finish of every project has been to the highest standard and it is always a genuine pleasure to have them working in my home. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any building projects.

The team at 21st Century have been brilliant. Great communication throughout the build and timely in their completion, without rushing any task. We are very happy with our finished product and would certainly use the team again. The photo attached is one of the rooms completed on the ground floor - they also completed a rear extension including a kitchen / dining open plan area however I think you can only upload one photo. This was the second occasion we used 21st Century - a couple of years ago they completed a full refurbishment of our upper floors and we hired them again due to the quality of work there.
