Highlights

"Arranged with Kev to be at the property for 5pm. Arrived promptly. Courteous, efficient and kept me updated throughout. Outside drain/sewage pipework was blocked and overflowing. Manhole cover up and in with the rods. Once the problem had been removed Kev cleaned up the area. I would recommend Kev for ALL your drainage needs and would use him again without hesitation ( I will always try and get local trades-people)"

"I had a service from Kevin which was well above my expectation. I was very vague when I first contacted Kevin as I was unsure whether it would be me or my tenant that would be responsible for the repair. I had emailed Kevin a couple of photos and asked for a ball park figure and he took my enquiry seriously. When it came to actually offering the job, he came within an hour and made a first class job of cutting out the old frame and cementing in a new frame and cover. I have utmost appreciation as it's the small jobs that are often hardest to find contractors willing to take. Thank you Kevin."
