Highlights
"This company is not as skilled as claimed , they advised the ridge tiles needed replacing and the chimney had loose bricks and top. They seemed to be hard workers, convincing and they were on your site and approved at that point. Since then a ridge tile came off and another roofer( fully recommended by previous customers) advised us the tiles had not been replaced, but were old tiles not fixed on properly mortared. The mortar in the chimney can be poked with a stick and is soft and porous and the chimney is off kilter and too short. Do not use this company unless you want to have to pay again"
"Ben and his team did a very satisfactory job of replacing the tiles ensuring they kept a very accurate level and then dismantling and rebuilding the chimney. They also recleaned the roof and gutters of all debris and all cleaned surrounding areas, window sills, etc. Having also noticed we had some fascia loose he repaired this as an extra. Ben is a very good natured worker and keeps on top of what needs doing. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others."
