They gave me a date and an approximate time and in the days leading up to the appointment kept me informed of their prior jobs to ensure they could reach my house at the agreed time. On the day they let me know they were on their way. When they arrived at my house, I was impressed with Liam who came across to me very knowledgeable in his Krafft but also very professional. Liam and his partner undertook the work quietly and efficiently."
