He was able to give me an idea of what could be the issue straight away and completed a drone survey to confirm the problem which turned out to be an issue with lead flashing around my chimney stack. He took the time to answer queries I had and explain exactly what was needed to repair the issue. From start to finish Danny was friendly and polite and I'm really happy with the quality of work. Thank you very much.”
“Great job done by Danny and the lovely lads who work for him. They transformed our home massively by exchanging the old fascias and soffits and guttering and brown cladding to all white. They were very good at their job and ensured everything was clean after the job. The price was also excellent, we would highly recommend”

DB Fascias provided the lowest quote out of the contractors I contacted, but even so the work was brilliant - they replaced my rotting wooden cladding on the front and back of my house, and fixed a cracked fascia board on my porch. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Brilliant job!
I had used this company before so I knew they were good & reliable. Very knowledgeable advice given before and during roof maintenance work. Completed efficiently and minimal disruption. Thank you team DB.

Great professional service from DB Facias from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
Prompt, quick and clean- a reasonable price.
Also sent a drone up to reveal slipped tiles and loose mortar on ridge tiles which were fixed (not included in quote). 4* on value only because there were cheaper options but went for quality. Vast improvement to appearance of property. Pleasant guys, polite, no trouble, got on with the job with one short meal break daily. Very pleased overall.
The trader employed 2 young guys to replace all our facias. They did a reasonably good job but they mis measured the rear bedroom one which meant we couldn't open the window fully, in case of emergency. We tried and tried to get him to rectify the job, bearing in mind we paid fully, but without success. This meant that we had to pay a different contractor to do the job. We are now taking D B Property to a third party regarding the issues we have had.
Need a repair to our guttering - Quoted and the job was done and the problem fixed with great communication and great service.
In addition to agreed works, they cleaned our fascia's. Everything looks like new - very impressed with the outcome. Would recommend!
