"I can not recommend this company highly enough from Norah who kept me informed about and instillation date, and Haden who carried out the survey a few weeks ago and returned yesterday to install, not a quick process but by the time he left I had complete faith that the adjustments made in testing were right, I have used it every time I would have walked up the stairs - it is simply a life changing piece of equipment."
