"This ended up being a tricky job and took quite a bit of problem solving to find the issue. Andy was cheerful, capable and persistent throughout. Even when it looked like we would have to take the floor up at one point, he was able to find another way. Kept me updated as he went, tidied everything up at the end, couldn't have done more to help and in the end, fixed the problem. Can't recommend Andy enough. Brilliant."

"I had what I thought was an electrical issue, Andy came on time, had a look at the issue and advised me that it was actually a boiler issue. He did not charge me for his time, so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to give me assurance that everything looked OK and gave some advice on what to do if a previous fuse issue happened again. Will definitely call him for all future electrical needs."
