Repairs advised to repair roof leak. Work conducted and paid for but roof leak was still present. Returned to conduct very amateurish remedial works but leak continued. Have tried multiple time to contact via phone, text and voicemail, all met with silence. No invoice provided for guarantee. PLEASE AVOID!
Quote was well off. £800 quote ended up being £2700. Repair was for a hole in the roof. They also said they will repair gutters within the price. They quoted me this on the day they started the job then I was hesitant to proceed with this but they told me that the roof was now open. Felt pressured to proceed with the final quote. They didn't even fix the gutters and asked for another £1200 for it. Seems like they just try to give low quote to get the job then increase the cost when they start the job. I would avoid next time.
