They also patched plaster, skimmed a wall, rendered, and repointed an external wall. Reshape fire surround These guys are beyond shameless: no tools, no pro skills, total disregard for my property. Did not bring any materials to protect my house. Made tons of mess and asked for my vacuum cleaner to clean the rabble. Loads of hand marks on the walls. Were breaking bricks on my living room floor. I had to buy materials because they brought nothing, despite promising to do so. I had to pay even for basic tools the guy was buying from Wickes, like a paintbrush and filler knife, because the guy's card was declined, so he was making me pay for materials (and tools!) against our agreement. The guys did not understand the herringbone pattern or how to build arches, so I had to teach them! I should have sent them home on the spot. They had no tools to cut bricks, so they used my tools without even asking for my permission. They could not make proper cuts and align edges anyway. They only finished half the job at DIY/poor quality level, then asked for more money to come next weekend to finish. Sacked Answer from tradesperson: I am very sorry that there are some people like that, these people take prices for the work they are going to do and ask for the cheapest possible price, but after you agree on the price and start the work, they come and give their ideas for make it a reality by changing your job, wasting your time and leaving you without material, these people are insecure in what they are doing and every hour that passes they want to change your job, abusing your time and fatigue , I feel sorry for these people and I am very happy not to work for this monster, these people are soulless, we don’t have the break and no eating nothing all day, to realize the ideas of this man and we have made art in this work, We have cut every brick and cut it out in the place outside where construction materials such as broken stones, foundations, etc. were kept, I thank this man for letting me know early, it is really scary to work with people who are not sure of t
