First of all Jaden was exceptional and seemed like a really decent guy. He supplied quotes and was due to start work. Had to delay the start date but arranged on Wednesday (01/06) for work to be completed on Saturday morning (04/06). Nobody arrived, when I chased I received message back that Jaden had gone away for the night. He offered to come the following morning at 8am (Sunday 05/06). Nobody arrived yesterday morning and all messages, voicemails and calls have since been ignored. I'm still happy for the works to be completed and will update this review if/when this happens.
