Remove a load bearing wall I was so surprised at how quickly and cleanly they removed the wall Alun and John were so respectful to both myself and my property the work was carried out efficiently despite me adding other things on to the job Because of Alun’s knowledge I also had my down lighters fitted before the beam went in. I would highly recommend AA Property Maintenance so much so that I have further work that they will be doing for me Thanks very much guys

Replace roof fascia and barge boards on a two storey sandstone propert Really pleased with the end result. My house is over 140 years old and Alan replaced all the timber that was in poor condition. He fitted UPVC facias and soffets and barge boards. He replaced the cast iron gutters and downpipes with UPVC. Alan and John were excellent in all aspects of their work. I can highly recommend them. They were excellent at guiding me with the materials required. They were extremely hard working and I am delighted with the end result.

Kitchen extension redone,

Steel Beam Installation & window replaced with ext door From start to finish AA Property Maintenance were a joy to work with. We had a full load bearing wall removed between our (then) existing Kitchen and Dining room. A steel beam installed (supplied and fitted). A window replaced with UPVC doors (supplied and fitted). Various Joinery work done, all opened areas plastered. An area that required an extension of slabs to comply with Building Regs was undertaken. Radiators fitted and my personal favourite - the removal of some seriously well stuck down ceramic tiles to be replaced with new floor coverings. All work was carried out to plan, communication was great - we are really happy with the work done. Can be a stressful time, but we could see good progress all along and felt in good hands with Alan and John. Thanks!!

Required ridge tile repair posted job just before 10am Alen called promptly after this. Turned up just after 11am with his Dad had the job sorted by 11.30am. Cannot recommend this company highly enough great service and nice people definitely give them a try.

Loft ladder installation Excellent transaction. Very professional and clean and tidy worker.

Lay shingles on canopy Alan did an excellent job putting the shingles on my canopy. Cleaned up after himself. Great guy and will use again in the future. Highly recommended!

Floor board replacement - bathroom All good, happy with the job and price. I would definitely use Alen again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
