Phoned the company then sent photos over of the job ,very polite said yes definitely something he could do He arranged to come to do a site visit a week later ,on the actual day after we had arranged to leave work early to be here for him he messaged to say he couldn’t make it as he had to collect his daughter and would rearrange to come another day before the end of the week Sooooo 3 weeks later I’m still waiting?? No communication nothing just left us hanging I’m leaving this review as I’m sick of poor company’s who promise to help and then don’t even bother to show up !

Tom and his team have been excellent. My extension is perfect. Top quality work and a great match to my house. Nothing was too much trouble even when I asked for a few extra jobs doing. Communication throughout really helped to keep me informed of progress and next steps. I have already recommended Tom to friends and family and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to you. Very rare to find such a reliable tradesperson.

The company was more than amazing! I’ve never had a better experience with Tom and the lads for working on my garden!! It was amazing. Every day when I can home from work the garden was just as it looked in the morning. Very very tidy and looking after everything around them. The end result was amazing and worth every penny!! Definitely recommend Abbeyfields!!
