We used Reggie and the team to clean our range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and 2 settees. They were great, all appliances and sofas were excellently cleaned, the team were punctual, polite and left house clean when they left. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.
I found the company to be responsive and were able to book my job in quickly. I was expecting a cleaning company, but two people who were agency workers arrived They spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning and superficially the house looked okay . The cooker was spotless but unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Someone had to come back to clean up . Since moving into the house I’ve discovered the washing machine is grimy and that they missed a lot of aspects of cleaning - they did not do a deep clean- it was superficial This was not up to standard for the money they charged

I called and was met with dishonesty.They claimed a policy change meant they no longer offered fortnightly cleans, though I had proof they agreed. I calmly said I’d leave a review and ended the call. Less than a minute later, they called back offering the service but only to stop me from posting a negative review. This behavior was unprofessional and dishonest. I’d rather give my money to a company that values customers and acts with integrity.
