"Plans to draw for my ground floor extension We got in touch with Fahad to draw up plans and get permission for our ground floor extension. We were hoping to have a 6 metre extension however due to the nature of our property (already partially extended) the council refused to grant us permission a couple of times however Fahad was very helpful, patient and supportive and liaised with us every step of the way, kept us informed and gave us solutions to any issues that arose. In the end the council granted us the permission! Overall good service provided! (Updated on 7 Aug 2019)"

Planning a new 3 bed house Initially, everything was fast but after that communications were very rare and had to keep asking for updates and had to go to the council to get updates. I even had to contact the council directly to get pre-planning advice! Had issues in getting the council validating the planning application, wrong planning process/fee was paid, the self-build option wasn't claimed in the application form (CIL levy may be payable by builder/purchaser). Property boundary information wasn't submitted to the council (its available in LandRegistry) I asked the decision to be made on 19th Dec (we knew that it will be refusal) but the council was waiting for more clarifications/information from Abdur and he didn't give for months. Contacted the council on 20th Feb and found that they were waiting for information from Abdur for 2 months! Finally, all the information was submitted and council made their refusal decision in June. Due to the issues mentioned above, I am leaving neutral feedback, though the rate was very competitive. I'm getting a local planning expert and starting this project all over again.
Plans redrawing I do not recommend this person at all. Took my money, only did have a job as he failed to redraw both plans and then forgot to send them to the council which delayed me by 8 weeks.
