"Had a call and email exchanges with Access very quickly after posting, and booked an engineer to attend site shortly after. All estimates given upfront and in writing. After quick assessment, the problem was identified. Engineer replaced the parts and gave the rest of the door some piling for maintenance, and provided advice on ongoing maintenance. Paid by card, received a fully iterated receipt. Both engineer and customer services were professional and courteous. Good quality job done."

"This was a smooth process. During the initial assessment certain requirements were made note of and deemed possible. These were carried through to the final installation. The installation itself was quick and no problems were encountered. It was very satisfying that the site was cleared of the old garage door and all rubbish. Communication was excellent with the office and on site personnel. I can highly recommend this company."
