Steve (the engineer) was fantastic; he was extremely prompt, experienced and efficient. Steve diagnosed the problem very quickly, and was up on the roof in no time, replacing a defective junction box. Everything was done in less than an hour, with a minimum of fuss and excellent attention to detail. He even slotted a slightly misaligned roof-tile back into place while he was up there! Great price and excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend them."
