Cactus Security is an excellent company and I could not recommend it more highly. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful in particular the brilliant engineer called Sam. He is amazingly knowledgeable and has often been able to talk me through solving problems over the phone as he did today - and he is VERY patient! Sam has frequently gone above and beyond in helping me and I am very grateful, thank you.

My technician was polite well spoken and mannered Very professional and knowledgeable
Cactus undertook a thorough survey of our house and recommended an installation that most suited our purposes. The quotation was clear and comprehensive with no hidden extras. The installation team arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job. They explained how to use the equipment very clearly. Possibly the most important point that might be of interest to new customers is the quality accreditation which is something that Cactus took great pride in. The auditor paid us a visit and was happy with his findings. I would recommend taking account of this when comparing quotations.
