"Arrived, and introduced himself. Inspected fuse box which revealed the polyurethane balls. Turned off power, and inspected the cables in which was covered with the balls. Got a hoover and removed them, he then filled the holes with expanding foam, which closed the holes. Waited for the foam to harden and inspected the wiring to ensure no balls were left, and all the wires were ok, and there was no holes left open. When satisfied cleaned area."
