It took him some time as I had no handbook (!) but with the aid of Google, YouTube and his assistant, Pat, he identified the problem and has fixed it. Yay!! After a month with virtually no heating or hot water because I couldn’t find a knowledgeable heating engineer, I’m thrilled to be warm again. Carl has provided a first class professional service and I’m very happy to recommend him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
