I’m disappointed with the service I received. They came out to fix my boiler, but after multiple paid visits (6), I’m still having issues and now need to find a new plumber. Instead of thoroughly investigating the problem, they would fix one thing, assume it was resolved, and leave—without properly testing to confirm the issue was fully fixed. When the problem persisted, they told me to try and figure it out myself. Then, they’d return (for another charge) to confirm what I found, schedule another visit (also paid) to fix it, and the cycle continued. After all this, im still having issues.

Once again called Acute Plumbing Ltd as their work previously 2 yrs ago was excellent. We have had leaking pipework in kitchen, which Steve Gregory came out quickly and eventually solved the problem. Always found him to be very good and friendly. Pricewise he is very reasonable as well. He will be retuning shortly to replace our Boiler. We would certainly recommend this company for any future work.

Super efficient and very friendly - I would highly recommend them! They attended our call very quickly and fixed the problem in a very efficient manner. It is great value for money too!
