"Adam was contracted to visit our place on a 4-6 week schedule to perform general garden upkeep at £300 per visit. Adam was late and arrive at 12pm. The work carried out was excellent by Adam and employee; they left and a date was put in the calendar. They invoiced for a full day, with a promise of a discount on the next invoice. After much backwards and forth, via SMS (Adam doesn't answer the phone) the date kept getting moved. Last week he finally admitted he couldn't make it. We managed to get £100 refund, eventually, but it was hard work. B+ for work completed. E- for reliability/ethics"
