"2 projects undertaken by Simon and Ian, a substantial extension to the house and a large workshop + car port. Workshop is 6.3m by 6m Simon originally costed it as per the plans for brick/block, came out too expensive. Plan altered to be cladding covered timber frame, costings in line with my thoughts. Very pleased with both projects Simon and Ian work well together and take account of customers requirements. Both can be relied upon for sound advice/answering customer's questions. One aspect I love is that they will make suggestions and look for cost savings whilst delivering a quality product"
