"Contacted Alan as was looking to purchase a property that had no manhole access on site and a public sewer to the rear. Alan arranged with the seller to get a camera survey of the rear public sewer from the neighbouring property and provided an accurate report and visual record of the sewer, it's depth, location and condition. The private drainage was more problematic as access only available from a rodding point, but managed to survey and reveal an issue at the boundary with the neighbouring property.
