After many weeks delay since first contact, the contactor came out, ripped up floor covering and said there was asbestos in the floor so could not complete the work. No work was done other than to ruin the floor and they still charged us £180. Another Company came out and completed the work and supplied a survey report for cheaper and far more effciently than Advance drain cleaners. Shocking service. Will never use the services of this company again. Complete waste of time and apalling ciustomer service
