He sorted / tuned the filters to reduce the interference of the Basingstoke transmitter in favor of the IOW transmitter. I kept loosing non HD TV stations/channels using a Humax recorder/ Smart TV. It now saves me re-tuning channels on a regular basis. Thanks John for showing up the next day!"

John was very helpful. Came quickly after contacted. Reviewed our issue and came up with solutions and was able to make the changes straight away.
Attended property to investigate reception issues with satellite. Identified the issue (a rogue tree) and discussed solutions to improve the reception. Tested the LNR to ensure it was functioning as it should.
