Had a very prompt reply and 2 site visits, before work started The team of 4 who came to do the work were very professional & clearly took pride in doing a good job. We had a slight glitch with water temperature but this was rapidly sorted via a FaceTime link. Thanks to Alex, Chris, Paul, Tyler, Jamie and Sophie in the office."

"They did not check gas levels. They informed me that the supply hot water was A/C gas and they were not authorised to deal with refrigerant. The pipe carries hot water to the buffer tank. They then find reason for breakdown. Suppliers had connected main incoming wire in a most unprofessional manner and this had overheated and burnt across the terminal to short out on the neutral. They then changed the whole supply wire with next size up stating it was undersized. The wires within the inward side of the burnt out termina block were smaller than those fitted.
