AFS were recommended to us by our neighbours after Andy cleared out their blocked drains. We had a slow emptying kitchen sink, so I called AFS for a non-emergency visit on a Friday and was booked in for the following Monday morning. Andy turned up exactly on time, jetted the drain pipe several times and then showed me the inside of the pipe through his fibre-optic camera, pointing out some minor problem areas and providing advice on keeping it clear in future. He was friendly, polite, very professional and equipped to deal with any drain issues. I heartily recommend Andy and AFS.

We called Andy out to fix a blocked drain at the back of our house, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was quick to arrange a time, confirm the price, and arrived on time. He was also very diligent in his work, friendly, polite, and very open and informative too. We would happily use AFS again, and would definitely recommend him to friends in the future.

AFS Drains were friendly, clear, and did a good job without fuss. They gave useful advice as well. They had to delay once, but explained why, asked if it was OK, and then turned up later exactly when they said. They took the time to understand the problem well and give us some advice too.

Had a badly blocked bathroom sink. The blockage was beound the U-bend. My own attempts with chemical and rodding were unsuccessful. Andy (AFS) was recommended and prompty attended. Problem fixed within an hour at sensible cost.

Fantastic service. Andrew arranged a call out following my phone call for help at 4pm. Wayne came that evening and dealt with the blocked pipe quickly and effectively. Wayne explained everything he did, kept us informed throughout and made sure everything was checked and tested before leaving.
