“An estimated 2 day job was completed in just one. Bonus! The technician was quick, efficient and cleaned up after each installation. There was a little delay in the appointed electrician's arrival (to complete the extractor fan installation in the bathroom) but the technician chased him up and he arrived around 6pm and did a super tidy job. Luckily there is no damp this time of year, but I now look forward to the wetter months where the work can truely be tested!”

Taking the bathroom walls back to brick. Then treating them for rising damp
It started badly with the wrong surveyor being sent to me. However all was rectified quickly and the job ran smoothly on from the correct survey being done to using a competent person to do the work It came in on time

Procure Damp Proofing Group were excellent at treating the rising damp in my bathroom. After a bad start with the wrong person assessing my problem, Procure sent the right person and from then onwards the job ran smoothly. People arrived on time and did what they were meant to do. All my queries were solved quickly and professionally. After completing my job as specified, Procure tidied up and safely disposed of the debris and rubbish. They sent my 20 year guarantee when I paid the final amount. I have no hesitation in recommending the Procure Damp Proofing Group

Excellent service from first contact to completion. I wasn’t sure what was needed to repair damage caused by a bad leak from the flat above. The team were courteous from the start and really took the time to understand what I needed, to reassure me and were incredibly flexible with me around getting the work done. Very pleased with the quality of the work too.
Just had a new heat recovery ventilation system installed in my barber shop by Procure, and it’s been a game changer! The air feels fresher, and the space is so much more comfortable for both the barbers and clients. The team was professional, quick, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Procure for anyone looking to upgrade their shop environment!

5 Star all the way. Procure are simply the best trade services company we have ever dealt with. From the beginning of the process, Callum (the owner), his office staff and all involved have been courteous, professional and diligent in all communication & contact. We were buying a new house with multiple damp issues. Callum surveyed and advised the best course of action, even recommending cheaper options of repair, where more costly alternatives could easily have been offered. They did their best to accommodate our timings around house completion. The two days Callum was on site along with his brother, were very easy. Both were very friendly, polite and most importantly diligent in their work. You could see they took pride in the quality of what they did, going above and beyond what was quoted for, leaving the place as clean as possible behind them. We would have no hesitation recommending Callum and the Procure Team. Book with confidence here.
