AG Design & Construction is a design/build architectural practice based in London, offering highly integrated services across the entire project lifecycle. We have extensive experience overseeing projects from early inception stages to building completion, for a broad range of sectors including residential – new build, extensions, renovations to commercial, education, leisure and landscape. Having worked with architects and builders at different scales and types, we have the holistic and proactive approach to analyse risks from briefing stages, ensuring projects meet the quality, safety, environmental standards while progressing efficiently to budget and on time. We are focused on exceeding clients' expectations, having delivered successful projects for world class clients. We have proudly participated in some large scale of prestigious projects such as: AstraZeneca Global R&D Headquarters for laboratory planning, 21 Moorfields, London for landscape design and apartments in the Upper Riverside development - Greenwich Peninsula for regulation compliance. In the residential and commercial sector, we have successfully delivered projects in affluent areas of London, such as: Portobello, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston Upon Thames and we have achieved 100% Planning Permission for our clients.
