My gas hob's ignitions not working. Called to book and appointment, very easy process they were able to send out an engineer the next day. Gave me a quote and what charges to expect. Unfortunately I received an email informing I would need a Smeg engineer to carry out the work. However, they did not charge me for a call out and gave me the number of who I should call.
