Highlights

"- He put his prices up by nearly £500 2 days before the job was due to start - The floors and surfaces downstairs were filthy when we returned - None of the woodwork was finished in any room. He did offer to come back and finish but we were so upset by the mess we didn't want him back. - Some of the edges were v poorly painted and needed re-doing - All floors and some furniture was splattered with paint, our carpet and 1 sofa is permanently stained. - the kitchen colour wall was painted a different colour to what we requested."
