Alan communicated effectively with tenant and made arrangements to visit at short notice. His work is of a high standard. Alan also provided video footage of the works completed. The tenant was comfortable with Alan visiting the property. He was on time, courteous and professional. Highly recommended"

oh just like to mention the soil pipe leak i fixed for free normally £60.00 if you call me for that,,so should be 6 stars value for money..been as i only charged you for the ballvalve replacement £70.00 which is the going rate,, but thanks anyway
