"Denis and his team worked very well and professionally. It was a pleasure to treat with all of them, very friendly and at the same time committed with their work. They made sure I was totally happy with the job. Totally recommendable."

"Wallpaper stripped quickly. Plasterer did a good job - was told the decorator would smooth out the small missing areas - not done. Skirting not painted low enough - unpainted areas above the new carpet; short replacement skirting doesn’t match the rest. Fixtures & fittings put back with no-more-nails pasted carelessly. Making good made more of a mess (e.g. when 2 hooks pasted upside down - instead of screwed per design) which is why I don't want them back in. Not enough paint coats applied - a light accidental catch of my fingernail found plaster! Lack of care/pride in work and cleanup."
