"The kitchen installation required the construction/plastering of a new stud wall, rearrangement of electrics and plumbing, fitment of kitchen units and appliances, then tiling. The downstairs WC required the boring of access holes through an exterior wall, construction of stud walls and plastering, electrics, plumbing and joinery for the door & frame. Despite this being an old property, nothing phased Alec and his excellent team of trades people who have been a real pleasure to deal with. The work has been completed to a very high standard and we would thoroughly recommend his services."

"The work involved removing the existing bell, making good to steel lintel/beam, forming the bell support and dub out, and finishing in 4 coats of sand and cement to finish. Alec and his team did a really good job, which required multiple visits to gradually fill-in the cavity with concrete and then finish shaping the bell. It was also dependent on the weather conditions, so we were grateful for his flexibility in fitting us in around other jobs that he had. Alec and his team were a pleasure to deal with and are highly recommended."
