Came and sorted through some issues but claimed that the fault on one lighting circuit was not traceable and that that lighting circuit would need rewiring. I was suspicious that the search had been perfunctory at best and after some failed attempts to secure a second opinion I managed to get a more local opinion. No fault was found on the circuit and a new RCBO was put in the motherboard and no problems have occurred. A £2000 plus quote for work needed cost less than £100 to deal with.

Come out to look at my property within 3 days no problem. 3 weeks later after multiple chasing no quote received after being assured they could start my job within the week. Sounds like they’re trying to hit a quota and not actually do the work
