John responded to the request very quickly and completed the job within the timeline he promised. He was efficient, did a really great job and cleared away all the rubbish too. I’ve already requested pricing for further jobs! 😊

Diagnose and find solution to gutter problem on two bedroom house The problem with the gutter and downspout was diagnosed, and the remedial work has been completed to everyone’s satisfaction thank you.

Felt roof repair The weather didn't cooperate for the initial proposed date but John turned up 2 days later when we had a cold but dry day. I had initially replacement of the existing (damaged) felt but agreed to the use of glass fibre, John worked alone on the job a caused no problems, the job was completed in 1 day, and provided a 25 year guarantee. We've had some rain since and no problems have arisen. John is pleasant to do business with and would recommend him to any prospective customers.

Laminate floor in kitchen John and his partner made an excellent job of our laminate flooring. Would certainly ask John again to do other jobs. Janet, Lancaster

3 new internal doors fitted John did a great Job. He was very communicative throughout the process from selecting the type of doors and handles to giving us a quote which was very reasonable. He arrived on time, completed the work promptly and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend him

Repair for front door frame John came round when we’d arranged. Easy going and honest. Job done well, reasonable price too! Consulted me when decisions needed to be made. Will be using again for other work on the house.

Wooden floor installed in hall I am happy with the fitting of a new LVT floor to my hallway, so much so, I have booked him (John) to replace some gates for me.

Repair or replace wooden outhouse door and backyard gate We would definitely recommend John, and use his services again. He was very responsive and kept in close communication throughout the job. He was also able to start work very soon after being hired, which was ideal for us. He is a pleasant person. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work, which for us involved the replacement of a back yard gate, an outhouse gate, and a section of skirting board. Both are better quality than what they replaced.

To fit internal doors Brilliant job. John was very friendly and also professional. Came on time and only had a quick break at lunch time. Fitted 8 internal doors.
