Cut back and remove vines on roof A complete disaster costing me £2000....I had a builder go and inspect the works after my tenant complained there was damp...when he went on the roof he saw a mess...sand and cement in the guttering, plastic bags used to fill the chimney which they were meant to cap off, no PVA used in the rendering meaning nothing was watersealeled the bricks they used were yellow dissolvabke cheap sand bricks....lead flashing coming off.....they caused more damage than they were me at to fix. Refused to provide an invoice after many attempts to get one. Now having to remedy this nightmare costing me more money....will be contacting my builder to make a claim.
