We instructed Allround Building Services to build our dream loft. We had been saving for a while so we're looking for the right team. The quote was mid range, but we decided to settle on them because of initial visit and how friendly and helpful Asad was, he even advised us on how to use the space more efficiently and he hadn't even been given the job yet! Throughout the build the team were brilliant, they worked hard and the completed outcome represents that. 2 additional bedrooms and bath have made a huge difference.

The workmen were very punctual and easy to communicate with in comparison to other companies I have used. The work was completed to a very high standard and quality building supplies were used. I was regularly informed if any changes or adaptations were required to any part of the build. Even with the initial quotation I was offered several options with varying budgets for the work needed. As this was a structural repair I opted for a permanent solution and everything went as planned, on time and on budget.

I updated my garden and needed a few decorative walls building for my raised beds. The guys came and did a really nice job. Definitely be using them again when I have saved for the next stage of works to complete paving slabs.

The company was prompt with their timing and completed the work to a very high standard. I have a very old property so some issues cropped up whilst work was being done. I was informed of these and given an option to sort it now or do it later. Compared to other companies I found the tradesman very good with communication and he also had links to other trades people for carrying out other work for future dates. Quality materials were used for any work carried out as I did keep an eye on the work done. The clearly take pride in their work.
