AW Building for high quality work!
Adrian and Piotr of AW Building Services recently installed external wall insulation to the front of our property. It was a pleasure to have them working on our home. They were always courteous, friendly, and approachable, which made a real difference day to day. Their attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear they both take real pride in their work. They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job, always making sure to clear up properly before leaving, which we really appreciated. With their excellent communication during the work Adrian and Piotr made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend AW Building Services to anyone considering any sort of renovation work
Re-rendering
Adrian and Piotr re-rendered the outside of our house. Efficient and a high-quality job completed. Excellent communication in advance and during the job. Timely completion to specification agreed and some added touches included to make the job first class. Everything clean and tidy when finished. Highly recommended.
Various maintenance projects completed on time
I really appreciated the care to assess the work needed, not oversold, no sucking of teeth (!). Clear explanation of required work, willing to adapt when some extras added. Great communications, and they did what they said they were going to do, were clear when they couldn't do certain things, or others could do it better, showed up on time, finished on time, and on budget. We've already signed them up for another project.
Great renovation, highly recommend
I recently had my bathroom renovated and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Adrian. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions before the renovation started and recommending products and materials that would suit both my space and budget. His guidance made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Adrian was punctual every single day and kept me fully informed about the progress of the work. He explained each stage clearly, so I always understood what was happening and what to expect next. When an unexpected issue meant plans had to be adjusted, Adrian discussed the options with me and quickly agreed on a practical solution. He carried out the changes effortlessly and without any fuss. Throughout the project, Adrian remained professional, tidy, and respectful of my home. The final result is finished to an excellent standard, and I’m absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering renovation work.

Warm and cosy house, great work!
Adrian and Piotr did great work at insulating the underfloor of our ground floor from underneath, via a small hatch, using mineral wool. Adrian initially visited inspected and gave us a very competitive quote. However, he was so busy we had wait a while for installation. I'm glad I did. I could have gone with another provider, but Adrian's knowledgable assessment, both in person and in the quote, gave me confidence that he was the right person for the job. When it came to the job, they laid down dustsheets, worked fast, didn't make too much mess, and kept me updated with progress and any decisions made. In the end the job went well and finished slightly ahead of schedule, and Adrian left the place tidy. I recommend underfloor insulation (I can feel the benefit already), and I recommend Adrian and AW Building Service for the job!
Great work!
Adrian and his brother Piotr came and insulated the whole underfloor of our extended house, which was a dirty and confining job. They made sure we knew what they were using and how they were going to do the job. They were friendly and trustworthy and did a great job. I can feel the difference in the house temperature immediately. The work was quicker than they estimated and they even gave me a discount. I like to get a recommendation or go with 'which' traders as I know what service I will be getting. I will definitely think about using them again if I need more work on the house. Thank You.

They provide clear and detailed quotations, communicate the scope of the works well and always supply thorough reports with before and after photos. AW Building Services for a quality service
Adrian gave me a professional service. Arrived at arrange time and assessed what was required and the time needed to repair and repaint the outside brickwork on the house. The work needed was finished within the time quoted and the area was clear and tidy at the end of each day Adrian kept me informed when needed and the finished work is 1st class I would gladly ask for his services again.
Very thorough and high quality work
From the start I had confidence in Adrian and his brother Piotr as he came to the block of flats on a Saturday to discuss and understand my expectations for the project - refurbishing the exterior of a small block including repainting and repointing. He communicated regularly with me to ensure everything was processing as expected. A very professional person to deal with delivering work of a high standard. We will use Adrian and Piotr again. repair to external brick work and securing down pipe
Adrian made repairs to external brick work, replacing a couple of bricks and mending damaged pointing. He also re-secured a down pipe. As far as i can tell the work is of good quality. Adrian was friendly, arrived on time, completed the work in good time. he was helpful, taking on the down pipe work on the day, having visited previously to asses and estimate the work needed to the bricks. He kept in touch when needing to. I will definitely be using him again if i need more work on the house.
Fixing and making good external brickwork and balcony
Adrian came highly recommended through a friend and he completed all the works required in good time and to the agreed budget. He was punctual and tidy and all internal external works finished to a high standard. I have no problem in recommending him to others.

Adrian went to great lengths to keep me informed. He is polite and cheerful, always arrived on time and tidied up at the end of each day. Adrian clearly takes pride in doing a good job and the quality of his workmanship is evident. All the work was completed to a very high standard. We had a problem with our water system and contacted AW Building Services since they were on the Which? list of recommended traders. We have been very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Adrian and his brother who were so willing to help us, an elderly couple. They were courteous, tidy, and we shall certaily ask for their help next time we need jobs done around the house.
External Render, Guttering and pipework
Adrian came around very promptly to review the work needed. He took good notes and returned a quote soon afterwards. He and his brother rendered the back wall that was leaking and repaired all of the guttering and pipework that was damaged. Adrian was always extremely polite and professional and the work looks up to a high standard. I would use him again without doubt.
