AW Buiding Services recently redocorated my master bedroom and family bathroom. The work was done to a very high standard. AW Building Services have done several property repair jobs for me over the past 10 years and they have alwaysn done an excellent job.

I needed work to be done to the exterior of my house, paint was peeling, the masonry was falling apart and the brickwork needed extensive repair. Adrian and his brother set to work and did a superb job. I am so pleased with the result. Adrian is very knowledgeable and he and his brother have a knack for putting you at ease. He always explained everything and kept me up to date every step of the way. Both Adrian and his brother took great care over everything they did. Nothing was too much trouble and once they got started I knew that me and my house were in safe hands. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and if any debris fell in the neighbours' property, they made sure to clean that up too. I will definitely be asking Adrian to come back to do other jobs in the near future. My neighbours were impressed with the work Adrian and his brother were doing. From inside the house I could hear the praise being heaped upon them as they worked. As a result, they want them to do work for them too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian he is professional and passionate about what he does. He really cares and is keen to do a great job, which he achieves.

Very happy with the work done by Adrian. I had various bits in the flat that needed decorating and now they look great. Adrian was punctual, reliable and give me clear information on how long the work would take and what it would entale. Everything he left he made sure to leave the flat clean and tidy. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent service, even taking care of a few things that were not included in the original scope of work. Honest price to quality of work ratio too, would definitely recommend.

Adrian did an excellent job of painting and repairing the front of my house. He was very punctual, polite, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing and needed to be done. The work was of excellent quality and was completed within the original timescale. I was particularly impressed with the repair to some brickwork. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I added a couple of small jobs outside his quote. Everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Adrian, for a trouble-free 2 weeks!

Adrian came around very promptly to review the work needed. He took good notes and returned a quote soon afterwards. He and his brother rendered the back wall that was leaking and repaired all of the guttering and pipework that was damaged. Adrian was always extremely polite and professional and the work looks up to a high standard. I would use him again without doubt.

We had a problem with our water system and contacted AW Building Services since they were on the Which? list of recommended traders. We have been very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Adrian and his brother who were so willing to help us, an elderly couple. They were courteous, tidy, and we shall certaily ask for their help next time we need jobs done around the house.
