Throughout our project with you, we went above and beyond to meet your demands, even completing the work within a remarkable short timeframe "are you finishing before 6PM ?", and without additional charges, despite your last-minute requests. It's frustrating to receive a lukewarm response after putting in such extraordinary efforts to satisfy your needs. Your feedback implies our work was subpar, but it's crucial to recognise that our team worked tirelessly and efficiently to deliver result that met industry standards. However, it seems our dedication wasn't fully appreciated. While we value constructive criticism, we cannot help but feel that your feedback is unjust, considering the extent of our efforts.
