The claim wasn't the most straightforward but upon requesting Jack's services he made multiple visits to our property to get a thorough scope of works drawn up which was accepted by the insurance company in relatively short time. Would highly recommend Jack for any water damage related insurance claim."

I was having a bad experience with my insurance company who were messing me about and offered me a ridiculously low amount for my claim. Luckily Jack I requested Jacks assistance and was so glad I did so. He dealt with the insurance company on my behalf, was always quick to respond to any queries i had, kept me updated through out the whole process. I was really happy with the outcome as he negotiated a substantial cash settlement"
