Jim Ansell was employed to install 2 fence panels and a new garden gate. One of the fence panels was very inferior quality to my original panel and I noticed a large crack in it which then became 3 cracks. His first reaction to this was too advise me that it was a cheap fence. This had to be replaced by another company because he decided he didnt want to come back to me as he suddenly realised I was too far away from him, but agreed after much debate and making me get other quotes for the work to take a small amount off the final bill. I am out of pocket for this. He used unprofessional dialogue texting me chasing for money The expensive rear garden gate has warped and I question suitable materials used and construction as it is now bowing. This gate does not shut and is not fit for purpose. He has refused to respond to me about this. I would never use him again

This work was completed over two evenings which was agreed before the work began. The estimate was kept to and the work was completed to a very high standard with care taken to protect the surrounding area and cleaned up before Jim's departure. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out tree work.
