Lee has recently been our architect for a house renovation with complete internal overhaul and a single storey extension. From start to finish his service has been excellent . Lee was open and transparent from the onset meaning we did not encounter any unexpected problems along the way. Lee took on all correspondence with the local authority, structural engineers and builders meaning it was a stress free process, especially given the house is a period property in a conservation area, obtaining planning permission was a convoluted ordeal that Lee saw through to the end for us. Lee goes above and beyond (and continues to offer ongoing support with our renovation work). Lee's drawings are clear, concise and produced using impressisve 3D software which meant we were provided with many images, sections and cut-throughs from all aspects, in all seasons to help visualise our project.
