Archanaeum

Launch summary

Archanaeum is a multidisciplinary company specialising in Architecture, Development, Construction and Project Management. We cater to every stage of any build project by providing individual services or as a holistic ‘one stop shop’ from inception to completion. Archanaeum was founded by Kuan Leng and Chris Boyle who set up the company in November 2016. Both Kuan and Chris previously carried out work for a group of companies who also undertook a multidisciplinary approach to services within the construction industry. (This website shows a selection of projects that Kuan and Chris have carried out during this time). The two directors have acquired a vast amount of individual and collective experience in every stage a development project goes through from assembling and purchasing land/sites, designing workable and aesthetically pleasing proposals, obtaining planning approval, procuring the build contract and directly managing the construction process. As such, they are in the unique position where they have experienced and delivered in every aspect of the building process, whether it is raising finance, design or on-site construction management and delivery.
