"We've had a really hard time with untrustworthy roofers in the past and I wanted to break this cycle so I contacted Harry and asked for a quote on my roof as I plan to redecorate my room. We had the work done on the roof and I was told to go ahead and begin redecorating. We then had no rain for months until June when I was woken up at 3am soaking wet from a leaking ceiling. Since then Harry has come back a few times - each time quoting we pay more money, despite the fact that the initial bill for this services has not been fulfilled. Harry seems like a really nice guy but this is not right."

Roof was leaking and trader came to make it safe, and came back to complete a repair. Paid trader £1075.00 for this repair. Water still coming in bedroom from the same place where trader said he had done the work. I have tried to contact the trade to return to however as yet he has not come back to me. The continued leak has now destroyed my curtains, blinds and wooden floor.
