We wanted to resurface a terrace, agreed the works to be done. It unravelled. Paid for materials in advance, then a delay in him returning. When he came it was only for short stints. Tried to be positive.. He filled cracks and added a primer but cracks still showed. He started torching felt on I noted big holes on one edge that should have been filled first. Then it rained and the felt bubbled up and water collected instead of flowing of. I got a second opinion from two other roofing companies who were equally horrified. I could pull the felt off by hand - not applied correctly. we sacked him.
