"Graham responded quickly to my phone call and arranged a visit within a few days. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and came to the conclusion it was most likely a leak. He advised how to investigate further (even though it did not provide immediate work for himself). Further investigation by specialists confirmed the leak under the floor! Although he charges £50 to come out (deducted from any further work undertaken) his time, knowledge and advice proved invaluable and will save money and provide the necessary urgent solution."
