"I own a flat in London which needed considerable work to get into good order for new tenants after the previous occupant left it in a poor state. Hamid has been so excellent to deal with that. He did not ask for this review, I simply felt it must done since he is a rare tradesman. Hamid is friendly, conscientious, patient, flexible, as well as proactive and transparent with communications. His regular updates via photos, videos, messages, have given me peace of mind. Hamid goes the extra mile, notices small details which need work and attends to them as part of the job."
