Highlights

"Excellent electrician, well organised, easy to get on with, very reliable and honest. Would highly recommend."

AnonymousCheckatrade5.0 rating

"All work Adrian has undertaken for us has been done on the date specified at the cost quoted. He is incredibly reliable, courteous and I would have no hesitation in recommending him."

AnonymousCheckatrade5.0 rating

"Adrian was very thorough. He rang me beforehand to discuss the work and he came round to give me a quote. I was very happy with the work Adrian did. For example, to move plug sockets, he had to remove a floorboard - when I returned I could see no evidence that a floorboard had been removed. I have rung him up in the past for emergency advice and A talked me through my problem for over 30 minutes. Adrian is very thorough and he is safety conscious. I have complete trust in Adrian and I am happy to leave him alone in my flat. I would definitely recommend Adrian to friends and family."

Electrical work in homes in England & Wales should be done by a registered competent person who can self-certify it meets the Part P safety rules. Check they're on the official register.

Check the electrical register
In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
