"Absolutely fantastic service from Malcolm at ATV Services as he went the extra mile, liaising between me and my very elderly infirm parents. He took their broken TV away for testing and as not repairable supplied and fitted a new TV and stand to my parents exact specification. He arrived when he said he would and phoned beforehand and was just all round pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend - thank you for an excellent job."

ATV advised me to contact Citizens Advise as television practically brand new. He also advised me to repeat my telephone call to AO.Com. I have had numerous telephone calls and emails to LG and AO. LG did promise an tv engineer but have since changed their minds due to the finance dept.
Come to look at my tv paid £45 for them to do so said they would call me back next day no contact back or reply to email. So basically come took my money with no intentions of fixing my tv
